Errors in "The Hobbit" Narrated by Robert Ingles

Some books are sacred. Some texts are so influential that it it important that we are read the same thing without worrying whether our version is the same as everyone else's. Many writings of J. R. R. Tolkien are in this category.
There have been about 33 English editions of "The Hobbit." The most important difference between these editions is the description of the encounter between Bilbo and Gollum. Early editions describe the events exactly as Bilbo described them to the dwarves: Gollum offered him to give him a present (the Ring) if Bilbo won the riddle game. Later editions were changed to match the story in "The Lord of the Rings" where Bilbo explains that he actually found the Ring and Gollum was actually far from generous.
I'm sure there will be other print editions of "The Hobbit" with small differences that will be difficult to track. However, there is, to my knowledge, only one unabridged, undramatized audiobook. This recording is of such high quality that I doubt anyone will see a need for a new one any time soon. Many people's first (and perhaps only) exposure to the text will be through the audiobook which too has its differences from the print versions. It is my intention to find the apparent errors in the reading and record them here. I will be using the Nook edition of "The Hobbit" for comparison.

I will mark each error with its severity (1-5):

Severity Typical mistakes with this rating. Change of meaning
(not tracked) Contraction errors ("cannot" said as "can't" or vice versa) None
1 Possibly missing/added minor word/affix (difficult to tell due to bordering sounds) None
2 Single minor word error clearly heard None
3 Single significant word error (or two minor ones) or wrong word order VERY minor
4 Important change of meaning or wrong voice Significant
5 Omission of several words or a sentence Major

Here is the list of errors so far. These are the ones found by my friend Joel (since I have been working on "The Lord of the Rings." I'll fix the formatting when I have time.
